FROZEN DELIVERY + ALCOHOL DELIVERY (if you’ve ordered our Boozy Lollies)

FROZEN DELIVERY

Our ice cream is sent out overnight with dry ice to keep it frozen until it reaches you. Ideally, someone is available to receive the package on the delivery day but our delivery partner will leave the package for you if no-one is in.

ALCOHOL DELIVERY

We have a legal obligation to ensure our alcoholic products don’t end up in the hands of underage children or young adults. This means someone OVER THE AGE OF 18 has to be available to receive the package during your designated delivery time window (i.e. the package cannot be left for you). We cannot accept liability for any orders that couldn’t be delivered because an appropriate person was not present to receive the order.

Of course, we understand what a disruption it is to have to be around all day waiting for a delivery. For that reason, our Boozy Lollies are sent out on a pre 12:00 service - that means you’re free as a bird after lunch!
