How the NEED Monthly Subscription works

In the first week of every month we send you £50 worth of NEED products (10 - 16 items, depending on selection) - but your subscription only costs you £40. That’s a nice 20% saving and already includes VAT and shipping.

After signing up, log into your account, select ‘Subscription’ then choose from 4 available bundles and let us know how many of which product you’d like to receive, as well as your preferred delivery day (Tuesday - Friday).

Changing your selection and/or delivery day is easy: just log in to your subscription account and fill in the form at the bottom of the page again to let us your new choices.

Your repeat monthly fee is charged automatically as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime if you want to take a break or stop your subscription for good - we’ll be sad but we won’t chase you to try to get you back.
