If - for any reason - you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please send us an email to hello@needbakedgoods.com outlining in a few words why our product was not satisfactory. In principle, we operate a ‘full refund given, no questions asked’ policy but we do reserve the right to probe a little deeper or offer only a partial or no refund if we believe your complaint is not genuine.
